Executive Protection Services
Protective security support based on risk assessment, planning, movement coordination, and qualified security resources.
Scope of Work
Executive protection engagements begin with a structured risk assessment before any field deployment. This may include review of the individual's exposure level, travel and movement schedule, relevant locations, event environments, and potential vulnerabilities. Depending on the assessed risk and agreed scope, support may include secure movement planning, coordination of arrival and departure points, accommodation and meeting-site security review, discreet protective accompaniment, and ongoing assessment of the surrounding environment.
Where appropriate, additional resources may be coordinated, including armored transportation, appropriately licensed protection personnel, multi-person security teams, secure communications support, or technical site-security assessment. The level and type of protection are determined according to the actual threat profile, operational requirements, applicable law, and the availability of suitably qualified or licensed providers.
Requirements
To prepare an appropriate protection plan, we require accurate information about the person requiring protection, the nature of their activities, expected movements, recurring locations, and any documented threats or relevant security concerns. For travel, meetings, or public events, details such as dates, arrival and departure points, venues, expected attendance, and level of public or media visibility may also be required. The quality of the information provided directly affects the risk assessment, team configuration, transportation requirements, and technical support that may be recommended.
Estimated Timeline
Executive protection may be arranged for a single day, a defined assignment, or a longer weekly or recurring engagement. For standard assignments, preparation of the initial risk assessment and operating plan may typically require approximately 1 to 3 business days. Multi-location, higher-risk, or more complex engagements may require additional preparation time to coordinate appropriate personnel, transportation, venues, and specialist resources.
The final schedule is confirmed after the assignment details have been reviewed and the Execution Scope has been approved.
