Business Debt Collection

Recovery of overdue receivables through debtor tracing, negotiation, and structured legal collection support.

Scope of Work

Our Business Debt Collection service includes management of overdue receivables, formal communication with debtors, review of contracts and invoices, verification of claims, assessment of financial capacity, and development of a tailored recovery strategy for each case. The service may also include negotiated settlements, debtor tracing where required, and coordination with legal professionals to initiate judicial or enforcement proceedings when voluntary payment is unsuccessful. All work is conducted within a structured legal framework designed to protect the company's rights, reduce losses, and improve cash flow.

Requirements

To begin, we require the debtor company's details, the outstanding amount, copies of relevant contracts or purchase orders, invoices, proof of delivery, and any previous correspondence relating to the claim. Our team may also request additional information regarding the history of the business relationship, any available guarantees or security, and any specific contractual obligations in order to build an accurate and appropriate recovery strategy.

Estimated Timeline

The timeline depends on the nature of the case, the value of the debt, and the debtor's level of cooperation. Amicable recovery may take from several days to approximately two weeks, while cases requiring legal or procedural follow-up may extend for several weeks or longer depending on the applicable procedures. An initial timeline estimate is provided after the case has been reviewed and its complexity and risk level assessed.

A case opening fee of is required to activate the request and begin the recovery process. This fee is refundable if no meaningful progress is achieved in the case. In addition, a success fee is charged as a percentage of the amount successfully recovered, based on the schedule below. In selected cases or for certain clients, the case opening fee may be waived subject to our internal assessment and the nature of the matter.
