Private Investigations
Structured investigations to clarify complex situations, verify facts, trace leads, and document findings discreetly.
Scope of Work
Private investigation services may include lawful field inquiries, open-source and legally accessible information gathering, structured observation in permitted environments, data analysis, document and record review, interviews where appropriate, and professional documentation of relevant findings. The exact investigative methods used depend on the circumstances of the case, applicable laws, and the agreed Scope of Work.
Each engagement begins with an initial assessment to define the investigation objectives, legal boundaries, required resources, and expected operating period. The approach varies depending on whether the matter involves a commercial dispute, suspected financial misconduct, a personal case, asset or relationship verification, or a legal dispute requiring additional factual support. No investigative activity is undertaken outside the applicable legal framework of the relevant jurisdiction.
Requirements
To begin, we require a clear description of the matter being investigated, identifying information concerning the relevant parties, any available preliminary evidence or indicators, and a clearly defined investigation objective. Establishing the objective at the beginning helps keep the investigation focused and avoids unnecessary expansion of the Scope of Work.
Depending on the case, additional materials may be requested, including transaction records, contracts, correspondence, photographs, recordings, previous reports, or other supporting information that may help narrow the investigation. The quality and completeness of the information provided during the initial review can directly affect the estimated timeline, resources required, and operating costs.
Estimated Timeline
The investigation timeline depends on the complexity of the matter, number of parties involved, volume of information requiring review, and geographic scope. Straightforward investigations may typically require approximately 3 to 7 business days, while moderately complex matters may take approximately 7 to 14 business days.
Complex, multi-party, or multi-jurisdictional investigations may require approximately 2 to 4 weeks or longer, particularly where new information emerges during the engagement or additional verification becomes necessary. An initial timeline is provided after the case review and proposed investigation plan have been prepared. Final completion times cannot be guaranteed where the investigation depends on external sources, third-party responses, or developing circumstances.

Client Testimonials
Client experiences from complex private investigation matters handled with discretion and structured case management.
We were dealing with a major commercial dispute involving missing documents and several unclear elements. Nomakkin's investigation helped us organize the available information, identify relevant facts, and develop a much clearer picture of what had happened. The findings also helped our legal team prepare the matter more effectively.
We needed additional information concerning assets and historical records connected to a complicated inheritance dispute. The field inquiries and document review identified information our family had not previously been aware of and gave us a clearer basis for discussing the matter with our legal advisers.
I wanted independent verification before entering a sensitive new business partnership. Nomakkin reviewed the available records, professional background, and other relevant information and identified several points that required further consideration. The report gave me a much stronger basis for deciding how to proceed.
