The agreement aims to strengthen reciprocal cooperation in investigations, verification, due diligence and corporate intelligence by combining Nomakkin's capabilities in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and North Africa with Sealmark's expertise in Kenya, while creating opportunities for cooperation in other East and Southern African markets, subject to the requirements of each assignment and the capabilities available for its execution.

Under this arrangement, Nomakkin may utilise Sealmark's capabilities in Kenya and explore cooperation opportunities in East and Southern African countries, subject to confirmed capabilities for each assignment. In turn, Sealmark may benefit from Nomakkin's investigative services in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the GCC and North Africa.
