Nomakkin LLC, an independent risk intelligence, due diligence and strategic investigations firm, has entered into a non-exclusive strategic partnership with C. Lewis Consulting Middle East Ltd, a Dubai International Financial Centre-registered forensic accounting and financial advisory firm.

The collaboration combines Nomakkin’s investigative intelligence, corporate verification and due diligence capabilities with C. Lewis’s specialist expertise in forensic accounting, financial investigations, fraud examination and financial dispute analysis. It is intended to support suitable client engagements requiring both investigative and financial expertise.

Expanded Specialist Capabilities

Through the partnership, C. Lewis will be recognised as Nomakkin’s Forensic Accounting Partner, subject to the terms of the agreement. Depending on the requirements of each assignment, the organisations may collaborate on forensic accounting and transaction reconstruction, financial investigations, asset tracing and fund-flow analysis, loss quantification, business valuations, cross-border financial reviews, and expert financial reporting.

These services complement Nomakkin’s work in due diligence, corporate intelligence, background verification, tracing and strategic investigations, helping clients address matters where financial questions require specialist examination alongside broader investigative enquiries.

Supporting Complex, Cross-Border Matters

The partnership supports potential engagements across the Middle East and North Africa, including Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, together with other cross-border matters where relevant expertise is available.

Individual mandates will be evaluated and approved separately according to scope, professional independence, conflict checks and applicable compliance requirements. Both organisations retain their independent legal and operational identities.

The agreement establishes a framework for specialist collaboration and reciprocal referrals. It reflects Nomakkin’s approach to developing professional relationships that connect investigative research with complementary expertise, giving clients access to coordinated support for complex commercial and financial matters.
